+ Great product + Ambitious, smart, professional and fun colleagues + Vibrant and inclusive culture with great employee onboarding + A lot of opportunities to learn and grow with many internal promotions. +Very high focus on employee satisfaction, well-being and career development.

Cons

- As the company experiences hyper-growth there are some growth pain and frequent changes in the organization - Managers have a tendency to not act on low performers, or at least act too late - Bonus system is complex and difficult to understand

Cons

The company moves fast and has big goals, which makes it the exciting workplace it is, but not the best fit for anyone who prefers a more laid-back pace.
