What she does know is how to promote herself—using company resources to build her own image—while turning what was once a culture of trust and unity into one driven by competition and deception. Even after the company went bankrupt, the political games didn’t stop. She continued manipulating people, even lashing out at colleagues in the office. The atmosphere became one of fear and quiet grief. Sometimes, a company declines because its business model no longer works and needs to evolve. But what we witnessed wasn’t that. It was a failure to grow, driven by personal gain—accelerating the company’s downfall from within.
