      Pros

      Really collaborative team, everyone is willing to help out and go above and beyond to deliver. Good communication despite the mainly remote first working environment. A great set of personalities.

      Cons

      None as yet, looking forward to the full team meeting up in August.

      Pros

      - Team are probably the best I've worked with - so helpful, friendly and work together to achieve what needs to be done - All remote workers globally - a really great annual offsite for the full team to get together, which was a lot of fun! -Strong strategical and financial focus - Transparent on where the business is at, performance and opportunities - Flat structure - things move quickly and decisions are made in the moment which really helps!

      Cons

      - Lots of projects on at the same time - as long as you're organised it's ok and manageable. It's good to be able to work on a lot of different things, meaning no day is the same!
