The shifts hours were flexible

Cons

We worked Sundays and all public holidays while generating the most income. Meanwhile the cooperate staff observed all holidays and weekends while doing the least to generate revenue.

Lack of clear company structure Unprofessional work culture; operations are poorly organized Very low salary compared to workload ( pay below 120000) No recognition of public holidays No employee incentives or benefits Employees are undervalued and poorly treated Extremely long working hours with little to no rest Poor or nonexistent health insurance (HMO) Management shows little concern for staff welfare
