      Autonomy is totally needed, the full home office can be a con in some cases, your personal experience can be good or bad depending on the team/client you're in.

      Great office building with a few good perks, great clients as well and directors work closely with there teams

      Cons

      Too many long nights and they don’t pay the extra hours, at best you get free diner.
