      Original mission and values of company are awesome.

      Cons

      Completely new senior leaders who are only concerned with self-preservation rather than the customers or the community. Very low pay. People get paid more, or less than others in the same roles based on favortism. the ceo isn't involved in the business, but still gets a salary and hangs out in the office. new coo isn't from bay area and is disconnected from values of company.
