Pros

Some friendly and helpful team-mates

Cons

The recent management change doomed the company. Used to be a very comfortable workplace, but ever since they bring in new people who doesn't understand anything about the actual job, their policy changes start to gets worse. Some of the leaders are very childish and toxic, they treat the whole work culture as a school culture. Treating employees and subordinates as children instead of a responsible adults. The new leaders are inexperienced at their job and couldn't give any meaningful insights, but love to act bossy the whole time. There are some school-level dramas as well, conflicts that shouldn't happen if the company is filled with responsible adults as their leader, instead of kids who got no clue at what they're doing but somehow got promoted ahead of their seniors who are doing a better job, but lack of personal connection with the top leaders. They also recently did a massive layoffs and cut down the employee's benefits to 'cut costs', but somehow able to hire new people at the top management level with high salary and can somehow rent a new office

Pros

- Exposure to work with clients from SG and colleagues from MY, TW, SG and VN - Ideal place for fresh graduates to gain experience - Flexible WFH arrangement - Conducive NDP office - Hybrid work arrangements

Cons

- Underqualified leaders: Severely underqualified leaders maintain control and cause downstream chaos to the overall structure, hiring similar like-minded individuals. Thus, crippling the entire client's experience - Extremely high turnovers - Toxic environment: No repercussions on poor performance due to personal relationship with GM. Favouritism is obvious within teams and middle management. A culture of gossiping and badmouthing is well practised. - Leaders highly prioritise being friends with subordinates, which is a barrier to growth and meeting the company’s objective. - Lofty dreams and lacking strategy, over-hired in certain departments and was a ticking time-bomb towards retrenchment - Communication is extremely poor at every level in the team and culture is decaying badly in the company due to poor hiring, wrong leadership qualities and promotion. Zero teamwork - Lacks infrastructure and processes in every department. Non-existent tech team in improving internal processes, contributing to extremely poor customer experience
