Pros

Great support and resources for advancing your education. They allow a lot of freedom if you show responsibility and results. The office culture is friendly and fun which helps alleviate some of the sales pressure.

Cons

Difficult industry, not for everyone but great rewards if you are ready to work hard. Good to be a self starter and able to take initiative and own your business. If you are detail oriented and good at prioritizing, it would definitely help!

Parent companies are often like ACTUAL parents, in that they have extra constraints, but that's what keeps them in business! Pros

Good benefit program with retirement opportunities. Recently bought by Xerox so expected much more than they delivered.

Cons

Like being on a ship with no rudder. Surprised every day by lunch hour. Very disorganized with no basic processes in place. Cannot see how they stay in business
