      No pros. No job satisfaction for a single day.

      Cons

      Extremely unorganised organisation. No structure and format of the work they did. Lacked equality, every employees is treated differently. Giving welcome lunch to few new employees and not to few. Some of the higher management people were super pathetic, driving people out of the conference room, even if it was booked.

      Brilliant company, good atmosphere, supportive team and social environment even when remote.

      As a smaller company there are both benefits and limitations.

      The work and content is very interesting, even if you have no background in the water industry. Great colleagues.

      Cons

      Current growing pains as the company is expanding while also transitioning in other ways, eg remote working.
