Global team, global business opportunity. Everyone looks out for one another and help each other solve problems. Great office location in CBD (thought we're mostly WFH now). Unlimited leave. Decide how much rest and balance you need to be productive.
Cons
Everybody has a lot going on. There are many distractions disguised as opportunity. It takes a lot of intention and discipline to move quickly on the right things and say no to everything else.
