Pros

Free food and casual dress.

Cons

Crazy favoritism, management has no idea what they're doing, never a clear understanding of what they want from you which means you can't really ever satisfy them. You'll get fired without warning. This company is one of those you never want to do business with. They don't care for the customer as long as they're getting their money. If you have no empathy for people or morals than this is the place for you. For the time they keep you anyway. Don't listen to reviews though, I advise everyone to see for themselves. Just know what to expect.

Pros

Very easy work, growing company. Growing company doesn't translate into growing compensation. Owners are great businessman who are out for themselves and that is not a bad thing, if your'e an owner. 1 exec, 1 manager, and an owner wrote all the positive reviews (fact). They asked is and the rest of the employees to fill out a questionnaire to help us be recognized as a great place to work in OC. Good place to work if you enjoy selling predatory lending.

Cons

Minimal comp, no 401k match. I know for a fact the 401k plan is managed by another owner's company (Lang). I can say for a fact that the positive reviews were written by 4 people with the intent to push down negative reviews.

Pros

Easy to get hired The work is mindless You can drool on yourself or be fresh out of prison and they will hire you if you promise to make a lot of calls You really need no skill or experience in lending Perfect for commission only cold call sales hacks from Balboa or Leaf They pride themselves on a stocked break room refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker

Cons

Predatory lease lending (Perfect for commission only cold call sales hacks from Balboa or Leaf) Scumbag management and ownership You sit on a phone 8+ hours a day convincing ignorant truckers to financially screw themselves and then high five your manager when you succeed in selling a lease that costs 3 times what a truck is worth No future No transferrable skill sets will be learned The company has zero visibility or respectability in the lending industry The benefits are laughable and basically nonexistent HR, accounting, sales, marketing, collections and management are all incompetents that could not get hired or make it at a real lender or they would not be at Stop, I mean Go Capital You join the ranks of the morally bankrupt
