Cashiers get half No communication from upper management No communication among cashiers and valet Always messing up with direct deposit or your check, messing up with your hours If your sick you have to show up or you will loose your hours No room for advancement

Pay. Great locations. High value clients. Benefits from the mall (10% off food.) Parking lots are close.
Cons
Management does not have your back. Car wash takes their time. Something happens you are to blame. Clients not satisfied with wait times for their cars. Made to work in any type of weather condition. Occasionally skip break to deal with high demands.
