Pros
Very few, except that the entire sales process is kept in house, which will give you a good grounding for future agency jobs. You get to experience everything from valuations, negotiating to sales progression
Cons
Not the best company to work for. As others have said, long hours on very low pay. Directors on large bloated salaries. Constant pressure from directors to sell whatever naff conveyancing firm they currently have a deal with. Office staff really unprofessional, (swearing, sniggering at customers, sexism, racism) Everything is done on the cheap. Staff are constantly monitored, they know when you log in/log off, how long you spend on your PC. Did my 6 months then got out as quickly as possible.
