No pros to outweigh the negatives

Cons

Every time this company launches something new, their payroll and other departments always seem to conveniently have issues. They pull money from anywhere they can to put a beard on their accounts when showing it to their investors. Will not properly pay employees. Employees will obtain a small percentage of their actual income in the first couple of months with excuses from payroll that they are trying to fix it. Happens every time. No accountability. Violates pay agreement with no initiative to fix. Had to resign due to unethical business practices.

Middle management is convoluted and only looks out for themselves. There’s a company disconnect between executive management and the operational team. This company also has a reputation for ending relationships with hardworking and faithful employees to save themselves on budgets.
