Pros
If you like sports, golf in particular, it is a really fun environment to be around. From an editorial staff standpoint, I would be shocked if there was any better collection in the business.
Cons
Not necessarily the most motivating managerial staff. Lots of pressure and little praise on the business side. Feelings of isolation and minimal support.
