Good Clean Love Reviews

I watched them let go of 4 other people before me in the span of 6 months. Employees are completely disposable. They make you feel like you have a future within the company and then tell you that your position “isn’t needed anymore” to later finding out they posted an ad for that exact position and hire new people to replace you. Not to mention when former employees write a TRUTHFUL review much like this one— all the current employees are then asked to write a good review because the company is “not like that anymore.” If you need to be telling your employees to write good reviews, you’re doing something wrong. So advice to any potential employees... maybe have another job lined up because they give no notice.. oh and have the HR follow you around while you gather your things— you just turned my world upside down give me some space!

There is never any consistency. When the owner decides something isn't working, she changes her mind. Whether it's an employee, a design or marketing firm, or the delivery service that caters her meals - if she decides she doesn't like it for one reason or another, it's GONE. Anybody that questions hers decisions is gone just as fast.
