Pros
Very nice salary and benefits, probably best food in the industry, nice amenities in the office, great cafe, gym and staff. Events can be hit or miss, enjoyable if you are not doing overtime and can attend. People are very ambitious and competitive, it rubs off on you. Leadership challenges you, it's nice if you want to be out of your comfort zone constantly. Makes every other company seem like kindergarten if you survive here. People are very generous with knowledge and know-how. Nice severance pack (if you can get it). Very enjoyable if you know what you're getting yourself in or have some debt to pay off. Teaches you a great deal about the concept of money, life and work. Powerful on CV for mobile if you're in your early 20's or a fresh graduate, horrible if you have a life or better potential.
Cons
Constant overtime is expected, unrelated to your completion of your tasks. Feedbacks are often contrasting, non-sufficient and made without keeping time in mind. You always feel like you're going to get fired, but you don't. Creative initiatives are not welcomed if they are not liked immediately, breaking your courage to come up with something new. Questions and suggestions might be ignored and declined without proper explanation. All these doesn't help your improvement and results bad when you're confronted about it. Amount of meetings and people you get fb from are many, resulting in unnecessary explorations and unmet deadlines. Advised use of AI generates unrealistic expectations for an old school task. All this end-of-the-food-chain treatment doesn't really fit with the amount of responsibility given and the expected care for the project. Some gossip is brutal, some is inappropriate. Toxic people can hinder your work and wellbeing. Favoritism and sexism makes team work harder for everyone. Coin system turns studio employees into headhunters, and some departments into travelers. There are so little English speakers, but then you quickly understand that they wouldn't be here if they can speak English. Life expenses gets higher as you try to fit into this lifestyle and revenge buy everything. You also constantly feel the green capital.
