Pros

Government positions, long term mostly.

Cons

Treat employees like garbage, never respond promptly, if at all. Talk to you as if you are not knowledgeable. No paid vacation like there used to be for most assignments. Constantly changing your contact person without notifying you.

Gaining enough work experience, by stay at the work site for a longer period of time,and using the work experience for a permnent position.

Cons

Working at a work site temporary, or being laid-off with out another work assignment. Call everyday for a new assignment and hear their call you.
