Pros
They pay well, usually above the average. Their redundancy package is good.
Cons
No career advancement. Lack of decisive management. Lack of interest in you unless you're a director. They have a habit of hiring idiots that can't do their job and rely on other people. There's no clear leadership. Anyone sub-director level is always in the dark, the company thrives on secrecy and misleading. As much as you hate your job you're constantly in fear of losing it. So many people there hate their job, and desperately want to leave, but because the pay is good they can't afford to move. Their idea of a long term incentive is a joke!
