Goodman has done a pretty bad job at what should be the most important aspect of a company.....and that is it's employees. In a world where most things are dispensable they go above and beyond to prove how truly dispensable you are. Extremely poor work culture which results in very high turnover. Complete lack of support and dismissive behavior. Lack of accountability. Unethical business behaviors.

Poor Leadership. workload is Outrageous they do not value their employees Lack of training they speak to employees like they are not Human. If you don't eat breath and sleep Goodman Realty you do not matter. they act like there is room for growth in the company and they will not allow you to work your way up
