The company has a clear vision and ambitious goals, backed by strong culture and capable teams working towards them. For a Series A startup, the engineering organisation is impressively mature. Of course, there’s always room for improvement, but the balance between growth, tech debt management, and architectural evolution is well maintained. One of the most remarkable aspects is how much the company truly cares about people. It exists to make it easy to do good — and that definitely includes its employees. Despite rapid growth, the work-life balance is exceptional. There’s a strong culture of trust: the company trusts its employees, and employees respond by delivering real value. Remote-first remains a core part of how we work — even though we’ve adopted a hybrid setup now, the remote-first culture is still very much alive and intentional. It continues to support a healthy work-life balance while helping me stay deeply connected with the team. Overall, a very solid company with a clear sense of direction and genuine care for its people.
