- Everyday is different. - I know what is expected of me each shift. - small company, so everyone knows who you are.
Cons
- People you worked with either haven't been there long, or have been there for 20+ and don't want to start over. - no security/ receptionist on site. - no one has personalized badges - little to no safety programs on the floor - no parking available - TERRIBLE communication between departments - male dominated facility

Benefits and there's steady work
Cons
Low salary, small raises, too much work and not enough help. It's overwhelming and frustrating. Too much employee turnover.
