- Gouvis has solid jobs and client relationships, so the work is pretty consistent and interesting. The management engineers are very knowledgeable and support the newer staff well. - You will be able to learn a lot faster than other firms, in my experience. - Company culture is great and upper management does a great job at keeping morale up with sports, occasional parties, and employee gifts.
Cons
- Timelines can be stressful, so it is important to relay to management early on if you anticipate struggling to meet a deadline. - The learning curve for this type of work can be steep, due to the shear amount of things you need to know about design and code requirements.
