Friendly & smart people - can easily approach people for help Remote-first with flexible working. You feel trusted to do your work as there is a focus on results Growing but in a sustainable way so lots of hiring to be done Transparency from upper management - e.g. openly discuss employee questions in monthly meeting A fairly slat structure meaning there is room for progression
Cons
Not a con but as the internal recruitment team is new, there are some undefined processes or processes that need to be improved. This is also a pro as it means you can come in and have impact quickly! Some benefits could be stronger such as parental leave
