Pros
Excellent leadership which provides sufficient guidance yet is also hands off. Strong environment for highly motivated / self starters. Good compensation. Fast paced job that is never boring.
Cons
Largely just a function of the job - relatively long hours and stressful during earnings season. But that's not a reflection on Graham / just the job.
