Unfortunately fed lies and change of management caused issues
Pros
remote work Tight knit group of employees that were easy to talk to, you could ask other specialists for help, joke around, and get to know each other better through messenger Than came the new manager..
Cons
When I first started working here it was of course super disorganized and the company had a ton of negative reviews via Facebook, but that’s to be expected with a startup. The new manager was extremely sneaky. She started hiring employees from a different agency, hired on permanent employees instead of permanently hiring employees already working through an agency. She told us that there were no plans to let us go. I found out recently that she randomly let 3 out of 5 employees go, due to reasons that made zero since seeing how they let two employees hired with us stay. when considering to work for this company, just know that you may be laid off for reasons that aren’t true or offensive or given a 30 day probation period for modifying macros even though they NEVER tell you that you can’t do this, because their training is horrible. It’s really too bad because the culture with this company was so so so much better before the new manager came in. The new manager NEVER holds certain employees accountable for the many mistakes they do on a daily basis. Which a good 4 of us noticed. I waited and waited to figure out if I should leave this review, and ultimately maybe this review can prevent someone from applying that may looking for a certain work environment. I’m not fond of the CEO.. I noticed he was congratulating people who just started working and never once said thank you to the rest of us that were hired through an agency. I guess because we didn’t matter. Even though it was us who got their 13k tickets down to the hundreds, not their new employees and not management :)
