Pros
Great heritage and name in the market. Historically good pension and share schemes, albeit they are being cut now.
Cons
Executive Management team are sadly out of their depth, which can be fine but rather than acknowledge the skills of many in the group they have taken the attitude they have nothing to learn. This has led to some of the best people in the business leaving the company in the last 18 months, feeling mistreated and unable to see any benefit in staying. Those that remain at the top are in the majority all 'yes' people and do not have the correct mindset to lead or create real value, this is not a leadership team their army wish to follow.
