Terrible management, they fired/laid off and chased away the good managers that were there in 2022. The culture here is extremely toxic and it starts at the top. They cannot get anyone to stay at this place, it’s a revolving door. You will feel like everything you do for this company is for someone else’s dream, you are just a pawn to get them where they want to be. Comp plan for sales is absolutely embarrassing, don’t get sucked in with empty promises like everyone else did. They do not like to pay you as promised.

Not a fan of being micromanaged. Owners have no understanding of how a brokerage works.
