Poor management, Useless HR department, no structure, absolutely no communication inside the company. This company is specialized in "on-site engineers", so their handling of a department based in an office was a total catastrophe. Hierarchy badly organized. Career development non-existing. The manager had no clue about our activities, the service leader had no clue about his role, and basically the only way to have efforts recognized was by praying that a man, who did not know what his position was, put a good word about you to a man who had no clue about your job.

No review for 2 years. Officially it had to be performed every 12 months, but the company policy was every 14 months. In the end I had not had one for over 2 years.
You get told everything and its opposite, everyday. Confusion all the time, and the team gets blamed for management incompetence.
I could write a ten pages review just to highlight dysfunctionnalities. Very disappointing experience.
