      - Employees are given no breathing room and are constantly buried under an impossible workload. - The stress is relentless, and the exhaustion becomes unbearable. - Long, brutal hours eat away at your mental and physical health. - Management is toxic, abusive, and completely indifferent to the well-being of their staff.
