      Pros

      - Good product that gets customers excited despite loads of features rushed to market before ready - As a sales person, you’ll have some flexibility on how you structure deals since the company is tiny and rules are flexible - Fair compensation

      Cons

      - Leadership have 0 (good) ideas how to take the business to the next level - As a sales rep, you will be treated by management like they’re the mafia and you own them money - Toxic culture in the sales team. You are shown little respect if your life goal isn’t to grow the company - Extreme micromanagement to the extent where slack response times are measured - Sales management move like a group of bullies - Internally unprofessional/amateurish - Impulsive and temperamental CEO so be careful if he’s having a bad day - Initially fully remote, then moved to 2 days in the office so that we could be monitored - No culture or feeling of being part of a team

      Disorganized startup that only cares about money

      Salary, benefits, some of the people that work there

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized company. CEO only cares about money and getting acquired. They will dispose of anyone quicker than you can even imagine. CEO expects everyone to always be available to him or he throws a tantrum like a child. They don’t know how to properly measure performance. It’s truly a mess.

      I have worked with gravitee for 3+ years and I have been strugling to find Pros.

      Cons

      - Poor management - They can easily hire and fire people - Very Very toxic work culture - You have to be friends with certain people to be able to survive here
