I seen lots of different places all over Scotland. My direct manager was nice.

Getting shouted at by a 20 odd year old moron who spoke like he had plumbs in his mouth and bullied by a crazy weirdo driver.

Pros

Great company to work for if you're just starting your career. Enthusiasm and hard work will be appreciated. There is a lot of favoritism, so if the CEO doesn't like you as a friend, good luck getting anywhere. Stay for 3 years max- any longer than that and you're wasting your time. Great 401k.

Cons

Extreme favoritism. Non-competitive salary, very low pay. No professional development, most of your work with be task completion. The two execs need to have their hands on all projects aka they don't know how to delegate and have poor management skills. Petty/catty environment created by the execs.
