Pros
Great family atmosphere with awesome work life balance (for most of us).
Cons
Not enough diversity in upper management. We need more leaders of all color as well as women and LGBTQ+. We keep adding attorneys but no staff.

Coworkers and Attorneys are great people to work with. Benefits are average. Management is always looking for ways to open more communication channels. Room to grow on one's professional career.
