On my interview, they told the product was a monolith but they were converting it to microservices, which was the main reason why I decided to accept the job.
Worked there for almost a year and all I did was fix bugs in the monolith, there was no effort to create microservices.
Also, the product managers were horrible, all of them. They committed that the team would implement new features in every quarter without asking the team if it was possible, then they asked my team to do overtime when we saw we couldn't deliver. But the company doesn't pay overtime. Worst, they pay very low salaries, I left because I received a proposal almost 20k higher than what they paid me to work in a real microservices product.
