Not the most glamourous of jobs, but there's so much worse out there

Pros

Working within a small franchised portion of the company means that work is manageable. I have time to breathe between calls, and get admin work completed. The people I work with are lovely, and are always happy to help if I have a query. Whilst it comes out of my annual leave, it's good knowing I won't be working over Christmas and New Year.

Cons

Pay is lower than I would like, and there is zero sick pay. I don't see any progression opportunities for me which will probably be the only reason I will leave in the future.
