Great job, very flexible, good pay, great job if you enjoy working alone. Easy to learn, consistent work, good caring boss, understanding and fun!

None besides it’s better then day labor. If you had nothing else then that would be better besides that no pros
Cons
Cheap owners, hand written payroll checks then if you quit because any job is better they try to say they’ll mail you your check but you don’t get it.
