We’re taking your feedback on board and addressing all the places we missed in delivering a great experience for you. With regards to training, in September, we launched Greenlight Academy which offers all staff free, extensive training related to the services we provide, as well as self-improvement talks and inspirational speaker sessions. We do our best to ensure our people are well looked after and that they are paid fairly and competitively. HR have recently benchmarked our salaries against the market and they’re reviewed twice a year, so we strive to remain competitive and fair when it comes to appraisals.
