      - You learn to be more confident in your speech and approaching people. - Team is generally cool and filled with interesting people. - You can possibly make a decent wage.

      Cons

      - First off, the recruitment is a scam. It does not say anywhere on the job offer that it will be door-to-door sales. - You're expected to be in the office every weekday, but will not be paid for it. - You'll be knocking on doors in sketchy areas (though this isn't the fault of the company). - They expect you to put in a lot of time and effort outside of the company. Taking calls or making appointments with customers outside of company hours can and will happen. - Pay structure is weird. I could never fully understand how it worked out. My commission always seemed to be 300 less than what it should have been - even after waiting for installs to clear. - They fully expect you to work a sat/sun, but you will not be paid if you don't make a sale. Pushed even harder for team leads. - You won't be paid for any zoom trainings you do. - You're really pushed to be dishonest with customers. It's a sales position, so some slyness makes sense, but management actively expects you to lie. - This job will become your life and you could easily make a more consistent wage working anywhere else. On top of all that, this company is super sketchy. Their goal is to filter through newhires as fast as possible to open as many new offices as possible. There are employees who have worked there for 6 months that now run their own office in a different state.

We offer multiple compensation packages but all are structured so that each one of our team members has the ability to create their own paycheque/paycheck and earn more money based on their results and work ethic. Also Paid Training at an hourly rate in addition to bonuses and incentives. We do not follow unethical business practices and always operate in full honesty.       Some of the employees are chill. You get to meet a lot of interesting people

      Cons

      It’s a door to door sales job set up like a pyramid scheme. The only reason you get an hourly wage is because MA legally requires it. Even then, you only earn commission when your commission is more than your wage. Every single job they are hiring are for door to door sales people, no matter what the title is. They are all the same job, just under different titles.

      achievements are most definitely recognized Very, very good learning classes I love the diversity lots of celebrating amazing coworkers very cheerful and very, very helpful

      Cons

      Was unaware of door-to-door sales I was taught, In a non-descriptive way descriptive way specifically by my leader Also in very, very dangerous territories Paid in a very minimum amount Also was unaware about pay until orientation On the listing when applying, I said nothing about door-to-door And also the pay structure was completely off
