Comparatively speaking to the industry standard this automotive group is very professionally ran behind the scenes. In place is an actual hierarchy of good professional folks all pulling on the same rope. This is not the case industry wide, be careful who you invest your time with.

Cons

Rigidity in their overall thinking could cost some growth opportunities. I understand the mantra "If its not broke, dont fix it", however the moment you become complacent you may as well die.
