Having been a part of the Greif team for nearly 28 years, I can confidently say that it has been a journey filled with opportunities for growth and development. A couple of years ago, I embarked on a new challenge by transitioning to become the Payroll Specialist for Greif UK, a field I have always been interested in. Recognition for long-term service is an area that could use improvement within the company. Again, Greif have listened, and I am currently part of a project team dedicated to addressing this issue and working towards enhancing recognition for employees' long years of service.
