Great team selection - great people, great knowledge, and always happy to help. Solid working environment - very respectful & adult. No clock watchers. Your personal strengths are highlighted & focused on - if there are elements of the job you don't enjoy as much as others, your job can be reworked to include more of what you are better at. Paid in Salary and Commission - obviously looks a lot nicer on high billing months. The reputation of Greystone in our industry is worth praising, everyone is happy to hear from us when they get our call. Complete remote work is great for my work/life balance and getting social with the team whether in person or virtually really helps to get the office feel going It's the people and passion we share, which makes it for me.
