Pros

I was the previous assistant leasing manager and truly enjoyed my time in this position. Grid's small team size means that each employee has a set of well-defined responsibilities and there are always additional tasks and roles to take on if you express interest. With high expectations and a steep learning curve, this job is perfect for anyone who's interested in a challenge. The managers expect all team members to voice their opinions, provide feedback, grow in their capabilities, and grow as members of a highly-valued team. Looking back at my experience in this role, its enjoyable to see how much I learned and grew in my confidence as an employee at Grid and as a person.

Cons

Many changes occurred due to the pandemic in the property management industry/rental housing industry in Portland and Oregon in general. These changes being published by the City of Portland were at times challenging to keep track of due to them being so new for the entire Portland/Oregon rental market, the landlords, and tenants as well.
