A truly top notch suite of SaaS products - it's nice to work for the market leader Strong compensation, equity, and benefits package, flexible PTO Wherever you sit within the company, your contribution does matter and has a real-world impact on the overall business and clients commercial construction lead generation. Great team - I love the people I work with TONS of opportunity for growth
Cons
Not necessarily a "con", but the environment is definitely extremely fast-paced, so it may not be for everyone. Besides that, there is nothing bad that I can think of.

Overall GroBuild (Australia) is a great company with lots of benefits such as free food, gym, paid internet, cell phone, lots of vacation and free transportation. - Everyone is extremely intelligent, but very humble and kind.
Cons
Expect to get burned out after a few years, the constant agility of the business can prove challenging at a personal level. It can however be overcome with persistence and self care.
