Cons
So many cons in the era. 1) no vision Clarity from Management 2) Project Managers are not having Clarity about their work and they're not owning their work. 3)Poor Communication and total Kathiyavaadi Culture unprofessional 4) didn't care for developers and their Efforts. 5) Worse thing which is they're not even providing leaves on National holidays as well. 6) No procedure following by The PM for projects,They need to understand and learn that how Product based companies work with standard processes. 7)they can Terminate anytime if you're showing them the mistakes or you'll suggest some good Ethics and attenuates. 8) no Dining area in the office to have lunch 9) sandwich leaves are following with no reasons. 10) un official deductions Like you forgot company T-shirt wearings or if you're using phone. 11)if you're using phone after office hours in office still they have problem and for each thing you need to ask for permission from admin team. 12) Need to develop English and professional communication
