This is by far the most incompetent company I have had the misfortune of working for.
-They do not care about their employees. They've had lawsuits over how they treat officers. Google it.
-Their insurance program is incredibly misleading. When I signed up for it, despite other employees telling me it was a bad idea, this company charged me TWICE the agreed amount for the premium. Their insurance is a scam.
-They require you to return dry cleaned uniforms after you depart the company. They tell you they will send you a check for the amount they were able to get refunded at the uniform store. They will either never send you the check, or make you jump through hoops to get YOUR money.
-If you have a problem going on with your post, they will feign concern for the first few days, and then completely ignore your calls.
-Some posts have supervisors who are nonexistent. They are never on the property, they have no power or pull to solve issues on a site, they're irresponsible, and they have no more experience in security than most officers
