      Pros

      I have found the culture of the company to be very professional and supportive. With an executive leadership that listens and has a clear vison with colleagues who have always willing to offer a lending hand the future I see as being very bright. I have found that the knowledge that I had to offer has been well received and the knowledge I have learned has been delivered in such a manner that even after such a long time in similar industry it has been very refreshing to see such a positive outlook

      Work life balance can be difficult but its a lifestyle I enjoy so for me not a negative

      The staff and MD at Sheerness were a pleasure to work with and only good things to say about them all

      Cons

      The Head office which was ran in the US unfortunately didn’t understand the UK and EU market and resources were not given to help the international side of the business
