Some officers will make the same or more than you to work less stressful and easier job sites. They tend to reward bad employees by giving them better and easier assignments while punishing harder working officers with more dangerous and stressful job sites. If you have a lot of experience like myself, you will most likely be assigned the most difficult posts. They allow client sites to dictate what equipment you can carry or wear which can be harmful to officer safety. Management caves easily to client demands no matter how ridiculous they are. The benefits (or more like lack there of) are terrible, and change from client site to client site.

They do not care about their staff and will literally hire anyone off the street. No experience, drug users, people with shady/criminal backgrounds they'll hire anyone to staff their sites. I've been working here for a little more than a year and they don't care about me or any of their other employees. They have so many contracts with so many clients that they know that nothing will happen to them so they don't care how they treat their staff or even their clients for that matter. They constantly assign unarmed guards to armed sites and armed guards to unarmed sites because they're so short staffed and have such a high turnover rate.
