It's a workplace where you need to get things done at any cost. It means you have to forget about having a 9 to 5 job. I thought I could stretch my working hours for a while, but I couldn't do it for the long term. I have a family, so I couldn't compromise on the work-life balance.

We don't employee Service Technicians, only Recruiters. I think this post may be a mistake.
I had a great experience working with Moises, Eric, and the Gulfstream team. They took an interest in me and my family’s situation and shared feedback, provided reminders, and helped me through the hiring process. The only downside was it took around 6 weeks, but now I have better job security, pay, and benefits and I’m happy they were able to help.
I have learned a lot, and realized there is a lot that can go into the research, messaging, and strategy and although I’m a newbie to the mechanical industry it has been fun to learn about this also.
Cons
It seems like we need many more recruiters to handle our current workload. I have been part of some interviews, fingers crossed that the future workload is more manageable. :)
