      Pros

      Gurit are good at training and developing their staff, and there is a good focus on the overall health & safety on the site

      Cons

      Does not pay the industry standard for the roles employed. Too many people not focusing on their own job role.

      Global company footprint, access to interesting sectors with growth and innovation potential. Many skilled and invested staff in UK.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity in leadership, from identity and global vision to strategy and accountability, mission critical features are not clearly communicated. Low trust environment in some areas.

      Pros

      I spent 17 long years at Gurit across many functions in multiple management capacities across learning and development, manufacturing, supply chain operations and customer services. A very diverse and complex business but one that presents many opportunities to learn and develop, I enjoyed my time at Gurit and would do it all again.

      Cons

      Complex processes across many functions and often far much bureaucracy with senior leadership who have a lack of visibility on the reality of the operational day to day functions.
