Pros

Co-Workers were amazing to work with in the office.

Cons

There is a lot of nepotism, which causes an environment where opinions and ideas cannot be shared for fear of retaliation. The behavior is condoned by HR not fully addressing the issues of nepotism and unfair treatment. The owner considers anyone who is not a driver a "liability!" If you want to be a professional, I do not recommend working here.

Acceptable if you're a driver. Absolutely horrific for office staff. Run

Pros

Co-workers were very nice and the drivers were nice. That’s about it

Cons

Owner calls all employees that are NOT drivers "liabilities". Low pay, horrible culture based in fear and lack of trust. Once you leave you feel like you finally got out of an abusive relationship
